I ordered from Miltons and ended up needing a different size, so I had to go through an exchange. The process itself wasn’t some impossible nightmare or anything, but wow, the waiting for updates felt a little dramatic. Customer service did get back to me, just not exactly at lightning speed. In the end, the right item arrived and all was well, but the whole thing definitely could’ve been smoother.

They tailored my suit really well, and the fit came out perfect. Super happy with how it turned out :)
